Return & Refund
- We are giving 7 Days Return & Refund Policy. You are eligible for the return/refund claim if the product is same as you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The customer can only return the product if there is a problem with the product. There will be no refund if the product does not meet the customer's standards. If the customer requests a refund because the product is not up to its standard, the company will deduct 25 % of the total amount and refund the outstanding amount.
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa & Bank Account.
- If the product received or packaging is damaged due to usage, company keeps the right to deduct the price from the product. (NOTE : 25% amount will be deducted from refund amount )
